With all the hustles and bustles of our daily lives, as mothers, students, spouses, and employees...we've often forget to reflect upon all the blessings our Heavenly Father has bestowed upon us. So many times we allow the daily stresses of our lives to interfere with the appreciation and happiness that encompasses our entire being. With that being said, I would like to say that I am so blessed to have a wonderful family: my husband and son. For the past two years we have struggled, losing our home due to flooding in Indiana, and so many other things...but we have our health and our love...and now my husband has been given an incredible opportunity with OCS, and I pray that he holds through. But for now, all I can say is I have truly been blessed with a wonderful husband and an amazing little boy...

*I cannot illustrate enough how thankful I truly am for all life's little blessings*

Congrats on your DH's graduation! Praise God for His protection and guidance as we wives travel to see our DH's! The Lord blessed us with the best weather, driving conditions and safety when we drove to GA last fall all the way from out here in OR! I am trusting Him to do the same as we drive to our PCS in just a few weeks in KY- He is faithful!

I am thankful today for God's faithfulness, goodness, grace and mercy to us. His promises to give us a hope and a future (Jer.29:11) are the hope we hold on to as we embark on this new Army life! :)

Today I am thankful for God's guidance to my dh while in OCS and that he was able to pass everything so he is now ready for graduation next week. Also that God has brought all of these wonderful ladies to this great board.

Today I am thankful for the health of my family. We have battle illness all last week. I was only able to work half of the week due to the three of us being ill. Thanks to God's healing hands and the help of the doctors, we are on the way to recovery.

I am also thankful for this experience and the fellowship and friendships that I have developed on this board. We are down to on week before graduation and I thank God for walking beside my dh during this time and keeping him focused on the path that God has laid before us.

May each and everyone of you have a blessed day!

My husband. He has been the biggest source of comfort and support as a new mother and the best father ever to our baby boy. May he continue to stay strong and healthy for the both of us through this Navy experience so that he can be a wonderful officer and continue to be such an amazing husband and father all at the same time. (Boy does he have a lot of responsibility!)

Today I am thankful for the Sun. This has been the warmest day with sunshine for a long time. I thank God for allowing the sun to come out so it has brighten my mood. Some times we all need a little sun to brighten our day literally and figuratively.

Sorry for the typo's.

Today I am thankful that God was watching over my son, who is in kindergarten, and got on the wrong school bus with another child from his daycare after school. I have never had that feeling of shear terror when the daycare called me at work and wanted to know if Austin was supposed to get off the bus since they had no idea where he was. To make a long story short he had a substitute teacher today, his bus was not parked in the regular spot and the teacher and principle told him to get on the bus. But thankfully he was well aware when he did not go to the daycare right after he left school and told the bus driver and they got put back on the right bus. I was so scared that something bad had happened, you know thing worst case scenerio, but it all worked out just fine. I do not know what I would of done if it would of been worse. Dh is in the field for the next three week and would have no direct way to contact him except to leave a voice mail. Luckily because God is an amazing God, he was watching over my child and kept him safe.

Thank you lord for all that you do for my family and myself. I pray that you continue to watch over us and keep us out of harms way while guiding us down the path that you want us to follow. Amen!
